Pulmonary hypertension is another condition for which it's prescribed (high blood pressure in the blood vessels that supply the lungs). Only with a doctor's prescription can you get tadalafil tablets. It is available in the form of pills that you take with water. It is safe to take it with or without food. Factors to consider
• Tadalafil often takes 30 to 60 minutes to start working to help men with erectile problems. Taking it 30 minutes before a sexual encounter is the recommended dosage, once day. • Tadalafil does not produce an erection on its own. For it to operate, you must be sexually stimulated. • Tadalafil can cause mild adverse effects in some men, however for the vast majority of men, there are no side effects. Headaches, backaches, muscle aches, pain in the arms and legs, flushes, stuffy noses, and indigestion are some of the more common symptoms. • Tadalafil should not be taken if you are using nitrates, a group of drugs (often prescribed for chest pain). Blood pressure can drop to dangerously low levels if these two things are taken together. • Among the brand names for Tadalafil are Cialis (for erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia) and Adcirca (for benign prostatic hyperplasia) (for pulmonary hypertension). Who can and can't take tadalafil? Only people above the age of 18 are allowed to use tadalafil for erectile dysfunction. • Some men should avoid taking tadalafil because of its side effects. Take caution if you are: • Any previous tadalafil or other medication adverse reaction • Patients with chest pain are receiving nitrate-based medications • Have a significant problem with my heart and liver • heart attack or stroke during the last year • blood pressure that is either too low, or not well-managed Have you ever experienced a loss of eyesight as a result of decreased eye blood flow? • Before taking tadalafil, make an appointment with your physician if any of the following apply to you: • have sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma (all diseases of the blood cells) (cancer of bone marrow) • having a penile problem such as Peyronie's disease (a bent penis) • have issues with the liver or kidneys • If you have a heart condition, your doctor will tell you whether or not you can have sex. Effects on other organs and systems Tadalafil, like any other medication, might cause negative effects in some people. Many people experience no or moderate negative effects.
